After 20 years having worked both the travel and meetings industry Ms. Leah Carmack, decided to unleash her entrepreneurial potential and open a business that focuses solely on the international M.I.C.E. market. Having dealt for many years with medical corporations, we initially opened under the name of TLC Travel Connection. Starting as a small minority-owned business, we have steadily grown each year into a respected agency by our world-class clientele. In 2008, we made a change to AGTS and now we like to think of ourselves as your travel team in North America.
What does “AG” stand for?
Many people think it is derived from “American Girl”, well that’s ok with us! We are a woman-owned business and operate on a daily basis by intelligent and wonderful women. All are proud American citizens, many of whom are immigrants from around the world and know our great cities very well and are experts at designing and executing all types of MICE events.
AGTS team members are drawn from a variety of industry backgrounds in travel, hospitality, event management, and communications, which brings a unique perspective to the development of customized programs for our growing client base.
